The restaurant Humarhöfnin is based on the ideology of preparing and serving local food. Our langoustine is caught by local boats operating from and landing on the pier you can see through the window. We buy our langoustine straight from the boat which guarantees freshness and quality. Our potatoes are grown in
Hornafjordur and delivered to us straight from the farms. We grow our own herbs on our windowsills and pick them fresh every day. The Arctic char comes from the farm Hali in Suðursveit and the lamb from the small town Kópasker in the nort-east of Iceland.

Whipped cream and vanilla skyr on crunchy chocolate biscuit.
Homemade classic Crème Brule w/real Madagascar vanilla and burned sugar crust.
